Orders are processed during business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) from the time your order is processed for delivery within our delivery areas.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery updates from our courier partner where applicable.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to unavailable recipients, incorrect contact information, or failure to respond to delivery communication, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
